In large warehousing and logistics industries, AGV is mainly used in transportation. At present, there are three kinds of AGV motion control structures in China. One is the ordinary two-wheel differential structure, one is the wheel rudder structure, and one is the common hub structure of electric vehicles. The two-wheel differential structure mainly realizes the steering by making the velocity difference between the two motion axes. The type of wheel rudder is a special mechanical structure of AGV car. The encoder is external and has a special steering motor shaft. The principle of hub structure is similar to two-wheel differential structure. At present, the traditional AGV vehicle motor drive control system usually adopts the brushless dc motor + planetary reducer scheme, which has low cost. The control mode realizes all data transmission through CAN to achieve fast response.
 
Low-voltage servo motor is adopted for the motor shaft. The motor power can be selected from 100w-750w according to the load size. The number of axes can be selected from two axes, four axes and five axes according to the needs of customers.
 
Due to the strict limitation of the whole space of the car, the low-voltage servo motor of the jacking shaft USES a specially developed motor to achieve large torque output, high stability and high precision control in the whole motion control process. Precise walking and reversing can be achieved through the coordinated motion between motors.
