Innovation
As the core power support of modern industry, the innovation capability of electric motors directly determines the speed and quality of industrial upgrades. Jinlong Electric Motor has built its core competitiveness through multi-dimensional innovation:
At the R&D level, companies invest an average of 5% to 8% of their annual revenue into groundbreaking research and development focused on new materials, topological structure optimization, and advanced control algorithms. Notably, the efficiency of rare-earth permanent-magnet synchronous motors has already surpassed the IE5 standard; intelligent servo systems now deliver nanometer-level motion control precision; and the wireless charging module boasts a conversion efficiency exceeding 93%, continuously setting new industry benchmarks. Moreover, the company’s collaborative innovation model—integrating industry, academia, and research institutions—has proven highly effective, with joint laboratories established alongside institutions like the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Tsinghua University. Over the past three years, these partnerships have facilitated the commercialization of more than 200 patented technologies.
In terms of digital transformation, leading companies have built digital twin development platforms and leveraged AI algorithms to optimize electromagnetic design solutions, cutting R&D cycles by 40%. Meanwhile, machine vision inspection systems have been widely adopted in production processes, driving product defect rates down to below 0.02%. Green innovation is now emerging as a new growth engine—new-energy vehicle drive motors have achieved power densities exceeding 5 kW/kg, while wind turbine direct-drive motors boast energy conversion efficiencies as high as 98%. Additionally, companies have established global R&D networks, setting up cutting-edge technology research institutes in Europe and North America to create a seamless, round-the-clock relay-style R&D system that ensures continuous technological leadership. This comprehensive innovation ecosystem has significantly shortened the product iteration cycle to just 18 months, providing robust support for the rapid expansion of strategic emerging sectors such as industrial robotics and next-generation energy equipment.
